Meetin' & Greetin' My Cyber Friend

So I have been an avid reader of Kristina's blog since June. She is hilarious and witty, and I pretty much agree with nearly all of her takes on life. She arranged a Meet & Greet for her blog fan club that happened to be today! I was a little apprehensive to go because I had never met anyone who attended face to face, even Kristina herself. However, I feel like I know them from reading their blogs so much. And I had the day off (a rare occurrence on a Saturday) so I thought... why not?

I know that people have hang ups on meeting people from the Internet. I actually have a little beef about this. True, you could meet someone online that is a psycho serial killer and lies about who they are. However, you could also meet a nice random guy from the mall or something who could also be a psycho serial killer and lies about who they are. That's just what I think. And as long as you meet that someone at a public place and your husband/family knows where you are going... there isn't much harm. I mean, my cousin met her awesome husband online!

(Sorry the pic is a little blurry!)

And I would just like you to know that Kristina is her same funny, witty, adorable self that she is on her blog. Plus, all her blog followers that attended also were very funny and entertaining. So I am glad I met some new cyber friends and have more fun blogs to read!

P.S. Thank you for the adorable magnet Kristina!

That first picture is hilarious. It looks like no one but me even knows there's a camera around.

It was so great to meet you! You are as fun and adorable in person as I imagined. Caitlin told me that you were someone she could see hanging out with, and you both had a lot of common.

I'm so glad you came. We'll have to do it again!

What am I looking at in that first picture? LOL.

I had an awesome time meeting you Lisa! I work in a law office (criminal defense) and I bet I could look at the list of crazy baby names you see at your work and predict which ones will end up in my office. :p

Oh man! I took that picture didn't I?? I will blame it on your camera, how is that? It was super meeting you, even if I was the oldest one there. And the only grand mother!

It was great to meet you, even though I was at the lame-o late table. I look forward to reading your blog more.
