$219.49

That is how much it cost to cool our condo in July. $7.08 a day. We had the same problem last year. I tried to conserve. We even bought one of those programmable digital thermostats to make sure it isn't accidentally left at 72 while we aren't home. And I don't let it go below 72. Guess it is a high price to pay to be comfortable in your home.

And August doesn't look too forgiving either!

Speaking of keeping cool... Matt and I use the fan you gave us for our wedding gift everyday in the summer! As a matter of fact it is on right now-keeping me cool. Thanks for the great gift!

Wow! That is expensive. Especially how cool it is there :) (We were 111 degrees today) and that is how much my bill is.

Wow, just when I was feeling down on my weather :-)

We paid quite a bit less than that for our May electric bill, and we were in an "energy crisis" back then.

But when it come to AC, I guess it's worth it.

Lisa, thanks for stopping by my blog! We can now be cyber-BFFs!

And I thought our electric bill was high. We pay about $120 a month during the summer. Our condo faces west, and we have large windows, so it gets extremely hot. We're thinking about investing in some window film that is supposed to help keep the heat out in the summer, and the heat in, in the winter.

Here's to cooler months!
